Terms and Conditions for Buying and Selling Products on sell2p plattform.

When you submit a product through the selling form, you accept all the terms and conditions set forth by sell2p regarding the buying and selling of products. In the event of a dispute, sell2p's decision shall be final and binding.

Regarding the Seller

All information and sections within the selling form must be completed fully, accurately, and in detail. You shall bear full responsibility for any discrepancies or inaccuracies in the information provided.

You must ensure that the product submitted through the form has not been previously used, activated, or transferred to a third party.

If the product has an expiration date, this information must be included in the form. For products without an expiration date, this field may be left blank.

You are not allowed to alter the selling product list once it has been publicly posted.

Regarding the Buyer (sell2p)

sell2p will review the information you provide through the form and notify you of the results via your email address.

sell2p will determine all purchase prices for products and reserves the right to change them without prior notice.

Suppose the product you submit is found to be inaccurately described, unusable, or unactivated. In that case, sell2p will reject the purchase of that product upon verification and may permanently ban you from the system.
